How do I sign up to use Aster?

What does the Aster Clinical Platform do?
The Aster Clinical Platform allows you to connect with your clients, conduct telehealth appointments, manage clinical notes, review remote health monitoring results, assign patient education content, generate reports for billing, and more. The platform streamlines your day to day clinical operations allowing you more time for direct patient care.
What is the pricing model for platform access?
We charge per practice per month. This fee includes access for the entire practice to the provider platform, which offers features such as charting, scheduling, messaging, and telehealth. The patient app is also included for free, allowing for communications and remote patient monitoring of maternal health from home. For more information, please reach out to our Clinical Sales Team.
How do I transfer my existing patient data to Aster?

What does the insurance & billing process look like?
Aster comes with a payment processor that allows you to take payment from your clients. You can also generate a superbill or invoice to give to clients for cash pay. Aster also collects insurance information for your practice to accept insurance. You will be able to submit claims directly through the Aster portal in 2024.
