It's so good to have you join us in our design crits and product jams! As a very small design team of one and a half, we truly appreciate your willingness to lend us your eyes 👀.
What we share is not proprietary, as we simply want to bring modern technology to an industry that severely lacks well-designed software (if they use tech at all!). With your world-class design and product experience, we hope to leverage big tech's expertise to solve the most challenging problems in healthcare.
You'll also get to see how we're building a zero-to-one product from our early days and have an impact on our product's development.

What is a crit?
A crit (short for critique) is a get-together of designers and others to share and comment on work-in-progress designs.
Our crit rules
To help our crits run smoothly we have 4 main rules:
- Be respectful. Be clear and direct, but be nice.
- Only discuss the work, not the person who created it.
- Only give constructive criticism
- No one has to defend a decision
